Even before almost getting shot by an arrow and eaten alive Archon was having a rough day. Finding out your sister died can dampen your mood. Let's rewind a bit to give some context before the carnage starts. Archon has just spent the last three years on the front lines fending off invasion from the Fehler’s, a country of people who modeled their society after bugs, and most of the men who he led into battle died over that time. Now that the war was over, they were victorious thank goodness, most of the army had already left by that morning. “Is something wrong sir?” He heard a voice ask while he was thinking about the war. “Oh, nothing Quickshot. A Moonlit Parade (Part 4)
Five years before the “Blackwall” incident
In hindsight, walking down mainstreet when the biggest parade of the year is going down isn't the fastest way to get around. Sure it was interesting to see the parade floats from different cultures, but Moondancer wasn't doing to hot. Probably because he had downed a terribly large amount of alcohol earlier, or maybe whatever caused him to blackout was messing with him again. He was stumbling around the street like a drunk old man, clutching desperately to Frost in order to stop from face planting on the pavement. He was moaning and clutching his head while wailing “What is this pain?”. Frost thought this was bad enough but to make things even worse they were being followed. Even with all the commotion Moondancer was making she could still tell someone was a few meters behind them. Whenever she turned around she would just see the usual crowd watching the parade and buying overpriced food from vendors, but she kn

A Moonlit Parade (Part 1)
Five years before the “Blackwall” incident
Surprisingly, Moondancer got along with Thomas rather well. He reminded him of himself when he was younger, plus a good hunger for power. As he found out after much probing, Frostbite was not his mother. His actual mother, Mabel if he remembered correctly, had died when Thomas was born. Moondancer was unable to find out who the father was, only that he was a god or something. For the past week he had to watch over Thomas by himself while Frost healed. Luckily for him Thomas was very self sustaining so Moondancer could mostly ignore him, only helping when Thomas asked (as were Frost’s instructions). When she finally got better Moondancer expected them to start hunting for the other items they needed, but then he found out the horrible truth. “You have a job?!” he asked Frost incredulously. She raised an eyebrow at him and said “Of course, I have to pay for the house and groceries somehow”.

A Moonlit Bomb
Five years before the “Blackwall” incident
Moondancer hated Midnight, but since she hated him he didn't feel bad about it. Still, he did not feel comfortable breaking into her house at night. Not only was she there but her two incredibly powerful mothers were also there. Yet even though he told Frostbite this several times she would only wave his concerns away saying she could handle it. When they finally reached the house he begged her one more time not to go in. “You underestimate me” she chuckled “I can get rid of the threat easily. Observe” she said while knocking on the door. They heard footsteps heading towards the door and a shadow moving across the window in their direction. The door open and Sunset Shimmer greeted them with a “Hello, what can we help you with?”. Frost responded by doing a fast jab that hit Sunset right in the face. She stood there stunned for a second before falling backwards and getting caught by Fr

A Moonlit Meeting
Five years before the "Blackwall" incident
Moondancer hated rain. It always seemed to rain whenever it was most inconvenient to him. It rained when he tried to see the alignment of the Nurn nebula. It rained when he tried to find the thief who stole his copy of “Starswirl: Truth or Real”. It rained on the worst day of his life. He concluded that someone had cursed him long ago so rain would appear at times like this. He would try to find out if such a curse existed, but he was too busy brooding in the rain. He had just left his childhood house, the one he had spent most of his life in. He had a rather intense argument with his mother a few minutes prior. Argument is not the right word, more of a rant about his mother. Trixe had run away all those years ago and because of that Moondancer would miss out on so much that could have made him great. He could have had access to the best magical tomes and resources canterlot had to offer. Instead he was stuck in small

I'm just a guy who likes to write stories that almost no one reads. Still, that wont stop me from writing them.
Interests
Sorry I have been gone for so long guys. I fell off the writing wagon and I need to get back on it. Hopefully I can get to finishing Firestarter's part 2 soon and I can continue with what everyone actually cares about, the "Moonlit" series. No time frame for the story being finished but hopefully I get around to it soon.

Just thinking about what to do now the war's over” he replied to the concerned soldier while throwing on a quick smile. Quickshot nodded to him and walked down the train hall with his pitcher of water for his cabin while the smile slid back of Archon’s face as his thoughts fell back into the war and his future. His original plan was to continue with his role as protector of the land until he died, but the Queen relieved him of his duty as soon as the war ended. He had forgotten the rule that if a protector goes into war he has to resign as soon as the war is done.  No amount of arguing could convince her to let him stay so now he was out of a job. His second choice was to live with his sister until he got on his feet, but a letter he received that morning killed that plan too. He pulled the letter out of his pocket and read it over again, even though every time he did this he felt like throwing up. “Dear Royal Protector” the letter starts “we regret to inform you that your sister Calliope was killed in a break in. The culprit has been apprehended and is awaiting trial. Her will stipulates that all her possessions go to you. Her house will be left as is until you arrive. Sincerely, Gwenn Legal services”.

He put the letter back in his pocket and looked back out the window at the desert stretching out in front of him. Having no wish to return to his sister's house so soon he and the soldiers whose homes and aspects and been destroyed in the war decided to go to the hometown of one of the newer recruits, a bright eyed and bushy tailed young woman named Jocasta. She sent a telegram to her parents saying that she was bringing thirty friends with her and they sent one back telling her they will cook a big meal. Jocasta never got the chance to go into a full scale battle instead only being on five scouting missions before the war ended, which made her the most innocent of the group. Her family was rich and lived in a mansion which is why she invited everyone to come since she knew their prospects had screwed over by the war. Archon decided to talk to her since stewing in his own thoughts wasn't helping feel any better, rising from his seat and leaving the compartment.

He began to walk down the hallway but was immediately stopped when a man came out of the compartment next to him. “ Hello Iron Fist” Archon told the man who almost walked into him. “Oh sorry sir, I didn't see you there” he replied looking embarrassed “I was trying to find Brigit since she's been avoiding me all day. Maybe since she was sick yesterday she thinks I might catch it, I'm not really sure” he continued sounding worried. “How long have you two been together?” Archon asked with a thoughtful look on his face. “About two years, why?” Fist asked looking confused. “Well if it's been that long and she is avoiding you then something serious is going down. Oh and I saw her in the dining car earlier” Archon told him bluntly. “Oh thanks” Fist replied before running off to find his girlfriend. Archon smiled at seeing him so worried about her since he knew it meant he loved her. He continued to walk down the train looking for Jocasta while observing the other passengers hang out in their compartments and chat among themselves. If his soldiers were perfectly honest with him he knew they would wish the war wasn't over. Everything they had waiting for them at home is gone, the war is what gave them a roof over their head and food to eat. Now it's over and they are basically stuck with nothing to use to help them out. Seeing their faces as he walked the hall, he could tell they were worried about what their futures held. Eventually he got to the V.I.P. section of the train and found Jocasta sitting alone in a compartment, apparently fast asleep. Not wanting to disturb her, he headed back down the train to the diner. When he got there he saw Brigit and Fist talking in a booth. Fist’s face had a look of worry and fear about it and Brigit had her head on his shoulder and had fresh tears on her face. Before he could ask them what the problem was, someone beckoned him from a corner booth.

“Tomboy, what are you wearing?” he asked the woman who was still in full battle armor. “All my other clothes were destroyed or stolen in their last raid on our camp so I'm stuck wearing this. That or I could walk around in my underwear, although you might like that” she finished with a wink. Archon smiled as he sat down and said “Please I've seen you naked before and it's not much of a sight” while playfully nudging her shoulder. “Oh dang, that hurt more than any arrow” she whined in a over dramatic voice. Archon leaned in and whispered “What's going on with them?” while pointing at the distressed couple with his thumb. Tomboy’s face got serious as she whispered back “She's pregnant with his kid. They're worried they won't be able to support him. Real tragic stuff.” while shaking her head sadly. He looked over at the couple, arms around each other and foreheads touching, and felt an ache inside of himself. “So” he said while turning back to Tomboy “why did you call me over?” he asked her. “Oh, well” she said suddenly nervous, cheeks reddening. “I was just thinking” she started hesitantly “we have a few hours until we get to Mowbray so I was going to ask if you wanted to…. pass the time with me?” she finally managed to get out. Archon raised an eyebrow and asked “What do you mean by pass the time? Don't tell me you lost cloths but still have a board game”. “No I don't still have a board game, bastards stole that too, but I know another way we can have fun” she said, face getting even redder. “I know you like drinking competitions but I don't drink. I would destroy you at arm wrestling so that wouldn't be very fun either. What could we do?” Archon asked confused. Tomboy opened her mouth to speak but couldn't seem to get the words out. She finally sighed and said “Never mind, it was a dumb idea” with a sulky tone. She got up and started to head out but was stopped by Archon who grabbed her wrist. “Maybe a different day I would sleep with you, but my sister died today so I'm not in the mood” he told her gently. “Oh!” she exclaimed so loudly Brigit and Fist got startled and looked over at Tomboy. “I'm so sorry I didn't know! I shouldn't have even asked! I'm so sorry!” she apologized in rapid fire succession. “Calm down it's alright. Since we have time to kill how about we find something to do?” he asked her in a soothing voice. “That sounds nice” she said while trying to calm herself down. Archon got up and followed her out of the car and down the hall. “I believe I have chess in one of my bags, you want to play” he asked her. “Sure, why not?” she shrugged and headed to the last car which was where all the luggage was.

They entered the final car which was dark and full of bags from the soldiers. After a few minutes of searching Tomboy found the bag marked “Archon’s stuff” and handed it to it’s owner. Archon pulled out the chessboard and pieces and layer them out on the board, ready to play. They went at each other and Archon realized too late he had challenged the wrong person. Time after time he was destroyed by Tomboy, so much he started to feel like stopping to save himself from more embarrassment. “I think I've had enough of an ass beating for today” Archon finally said after a few hours of constant defeat. “Sorry  you shouldn't have denied me earlier, now you have to suffer until we get to Mowbray” she said wickedly, checkmating him once again. Archon sighed and fall back onto the bags littering the train car. “Are you really going to make me?” he asked her while she set up the board for another game. “Whatever do you mean?” she asked innocently “I just want to kill time with you, and this is what you said we could do”. Looking her straight in the eye, Archon shook his head while chuckling and said “Well, maybe this will make me feel better. Come on let's do this”. Archon sat up and crawled toward Tomboy and put his hands on her shoulder. He leaned in and kissed her on the lips before slowly moving his hands downwards. She closed her eyes and let herself fall back with Archon laying on her.

Quickshot was starting to get worried. He had sent a telegram to the town to ask if they had a bar, but no one responded. If it has only been ten minutes he wouldn't have minded, but it was over two hours. He asked the other soldiers about it they thought about it and they mocked him, calling him paranoid and desperate for a drink since the train doesn't have any alcohol on it. He sat in the front car trying to see any sign of trouble in the distance. Eventually he saw as the town came into view. He quickly searched with his eyes but couldn't see anything wrong. As the train pulled into the station, Quickshot headed to the last train car to retrieve his stuff when her saw Archon and Tomboy walk out of it. “What were you two doing in there?” he asked them confused. Tomboy blushed and Archon simply said “Passing time” before walking past him with his bags in tow. After about an hour everyone was standing on the train station and laughing with each other. As the group walked down the main street the men whistled at the women while they walked by. Apparently no one noticed that the town is apparently only populated by women like Quickshot did. There were at least forty people in town and all of them were female. “Does your town have, like, no men in it?” he asked Jocasta while there were walking to her house. “I was just thinking the same thing. Somethings up” she replied while looking around as if trying to see an ambush spot. Quickshot looked around for the telegram office and finally found it, the wire leading out of it apparently broken which explains the lack of response he got. As the group approached the gates of the mansion they would be staying at one thought kept going through his head “I’ve read enough horror books to know something bad is gonna happen”. The gates opened to let them in and when they closed behind the group as they entered the front door Quickshot could only hope he would be able to walk out of the gate by that time the next day.
Firestarter's
This didn't turn out quite as I wanted it but here it is. I might write one more story about these guys before going back to the Moonlit series. I would appreciate any critics in order to improve.

I'm starting to write a new story called "Firestarter's" which will eventually tie in to the "Moonlit" series. I'm also thinking of writing a story called"The worst guard". "Firestarter's" is in its own universe away from my other series, which the story will make clear very early but I thought I should tell you now since that story could take awhile to write. When I say eventually tie in I mean eventually so don't look forward to that for awhile. if you read this comment so I know how many people actually read these.

Whenever she turned around she would just see the usual crowd watching the parade and buying overpriced food from vendors, but she knew one of them was tailing them. After the first two times Frost decided to let the pursuer think she forgot about them and kept on going to the train station. Unfortunately once they got about halfway there she realized there were a few royal guards following her too. She ducked into an alley with the half conscious Moondancer who was still muttering “Make it stop” feebly and hid behind a trash can. She placed a silencing spell as not to give them away and hid in the shadows while the footsteps of the guards drew nearer. The moment they passed their hiding place Frost leaped out and attacked the guard in the back, knocking him out with a swift kick to the head. She then leaped at the guard right in front of him and decked him in the face with a powerful punch, knocking him to the ground. The last guard started to pull out his sword but Frost tackled him before he could and held him to the ground by the throat.

“Edge? Is that you?” she asked with a confused look on her face. “Yes its me now get off!” Edge yelled back while struggling to breath. She got off him so he could stand up, coughing all the way. “Why were you following me?” she asked him with a confused tone in her voice. “We saw you walking on the street and were wondering if you needed a lift. You could have just said no” he joked while helping his friend Jet stand up after the punch to the face he took. “Sorry” she apologized looking really embarrassed “I thought you were some goons dressed up as guards so you could hassle me. Can I take you up on that offer?” she asked. “Sure if you help me get my friends to the hospital. I'm pretty sure you broke Jets jaw and probably gave Righteous a concussion or worse” he said dryly. “Sure! I need to get my friend  checked out anyway. I can kill two birds with one stone” she agreed gleefully while picking up Moondancer from the corner. She removed the spell which caused all the sounds he kept in so come out all at once, a pure wave of verbal agony and pain that made Frost cringe. Putting him over she shoulder like a sack full of clothes, she headed off with the other guards to the hospital. Right as they reached the corner that turned into the hospital Frost realized there was a line of wet down her back. Thinking it was Moondancer drooling on her as he finally seemed to have passed out she wiped of the wetness only to realize it was not drool. She looked at her hand, which appeared to be covered in some sort of black liquid, and realized something was seriously wrong. She laid Moondancer on the ground in front of her and saw his hand wound was leaking the black liquid. “What the hell?” she thought as she examined his leaking hand. It looked normal enough except for the black ooze coming out of his palm. “What's wrong?” Edge asked when he realized Frost was no longer be hind him. She picked up Moondancer and rushed towards the the hospital telling Edge “See you in a bit” as she rushed past him. She got inside the hospital and asked a nurse what to do with Moondancer, still leaking black goo all over the place. The nurse screamed and ran away when she saw Moondancer’s hand leaving Frost standing there awkwardly. “Well...I guess I should just go” she said to the general area and started to leave when suddenly a team of doctors in hazmat suits burst into the room with a stretcher. They placed Moondancer on it and rushed him out of the room while two stayed behind and cleaned up the black substance from the lobby. Another doctor in a hazmat suit came out and told Frost to come with him. They walked down several hallways until finally reaching an area named “Biohazard area. Enter with caution.” according to a sign next to the door. The whole area was decked out with advanced medical machinery, well advanced for Equestria anyway, and people in hazmat suits were rushing every which way.

“May you step inside please” the doctor asked her while holding a door open. She stepped inside to a large white room with only a hose on the wall and a drain in the middle. “May you remove your clothes and place them in this bin?” he asked her while holding a large white bin marked “Biohazard”. “If you mess up my armor I'm making the hospital pay for it” she grumbled while removing her clothing. Once she was fully naked and had placed the suit in the bin, the doctor left the room with the bin while a group of five others came in with brushes and buckets of water. “We are going to have to scrub you down since you might be contaminated. All you have to do is stand still while we do all the work” one of the doctors assured her. After about an hour of privacy invading scrubbing and washing and several injuries for the staff from scrubbing in the wrong place, the team left the room after leaving her a robe to wear. Once she put it on she waited in the room for about ten minutes before another doctor, this time in normal doctor clothes, and told her to come with him. She followed him out of the Biohazard area and into a normal hospital room on the second floor. “Sorry for the inconvenience, we had to make sure you weren't contaminated.” the doctor apologized while Frost laid down on the bed and looked out the window. She watched the parade floats go on by with people walking around the street and chatting, all the while barely paying attention to the doctor explaining to her why she and Moondancer were put in the special unit. All she really heard was they thought Moondancer had some sort of super rare, super contagious disease but it turns out he has something else. “Since we still are not quite sure what that liquid he’s leaking is we are going to have to keep you for the night in order to make sure you aren't sick. If you don't and he stops leaking then you two can go home tomorrow” the doctor finished explaining to her. He showed her a button to push if she needs assistance and left the room, leaving her to her window gazing.

She always liked to look out of windows at the outside world when she was bored. One of her favorite pastimes was sitting around and observing people as they lived their lives. She liked to try to figure out what they were doing and saying. Spending long stretches of time without any companions before, she knew how to make up things to keep herself entertained. The room had no tv, which wasn't very surprising, and also had no radio or record player, which was surprising. After about thirty minutes of watching all the hustle and bustle she began to have a feeling. Combing the streets didn't do anything to affirm her suspicions so she began to look at the surrounding buildings. Five minutes passed before she saw a silhouette on a roof across the street from the hospital.Proud of herself for being able to tell she was being watched, she focused on the roof to try to make out details of the watcher. She wasn't able to make out what the person looked like but she sure it was male judging by the outline. Before any more information could be gained the person suddenly ran off, realizing they had been spotted. “Well that's that” she said out loud and went back to watching the crowd converse with each other. She thought about whether or not to be concerned someone was spying on her, but decided it wasn't worth it. No one has anyway of knowing what she's up to, and the most illegal thing she's done recently is burning a hotel room which can't be traced back to her. Still, since she was being spied on and not directly confronted by cops meant whoever was watching needs more time to confront her. She let her mind wander to her friends she attacked, the stripper she burned, and most importantly Moondancer and how she felt about the ego driven prick. Fulfilling his wish to be a great wizard will take awhile since he doesn't have an abundance of natural power. Keeping his trust will take a lot of “dangling power in front of him” to make sure he doesn't see her as useless and unhelpful. She still wasn't sure what she thought of him though, since his mood is either whinny or frustrated at all times. She knew that even with enough time he could be molded into a more pleasant person, she could never make him really likable without altering his mind.

“You keep skirting around the question Nat” came a voice from the corner. “Uh oh”she thought as she turned to see the figure in the corner, dread filling her gut as she knew what conversion was about to occur. “It's been to long, we really need to chat more. Especially now that you're living with a male roommate, expect to see me more often” the figure said gleefully while rubbing her hands together. “I thought I had you under control! Why are you here” she asked while trying to mask her panic with frustration. “Well you did stop taking your devil juice, it was only a matter of time until I showed up again” said the figure while stepping into the light a bit, revealing the jeans and red hoodie she was wearing. “Oh it's hot in here” the figure said while unzipping her hoodie, revealing her bare chest underneath. “Good heavens close your front, you'll catch your death in this weather” Frost told the figure in a sarcastic tone. “Isn't that what you want? Anyway I'm here because you're lying to yourself about him. You find him attractive” she replied while wiggling her eyebrows. “He is a egotistical ass, why would I like him” she yelled back. “You don't to like him to find him attractive Nat. It is that time of the year after all” the figure replied calmly. A wave of relief washed over Frost when she realized what she meant, so much so she burst into laughter and managed to get out in between fits “I almost forgot! I was afraid I actually liked him! Thanks for reminding me”. They figure frowned at her, a disappointed look on her face now that Frost was laughing. “You can laugh now, I will be back and get what I want. I suggest you get it over with soon since I know you can't hold out the whole month. Tah tah” the figure whispered before fading away, leaving Frost alone in the room. Eventually calming down she began to ponder how she was going to about fixing her problem. She suddenly remembered that Moondancer black out before sleeping with the stripper and realized she can kill two words with one stone. “Well tomorrow is going to be… interesting to say the least. I better get some rest” she told herself before closing her eyes. Once she got out of there she could figure out what that beetle is and, more importantly, figure out what happened to Moondancer for those eight hours he was blacked out. What will the new day bring?
A Moonlit Parade (Part 4)
The figure is important for later so don't forget her. I finally finished "A Moonlit Parade" which took way longer than I was expecting. It should be original titles from here on out.

Seventh (Technically still the fourth) story in" The Blackwall Arc". Based on characters made by Lopoddity.

Five years before the “Blackwall” incident

Temptation is so hard to resist. Especially when nudity is involved. Moondancer realized this too late. Or maybe secretly he wanted to give into the temptation, he couldn't really think about it too much since most of his focus was on not using his money to get lucky with a stripper. He wasn't sure why his mind kept wandering back to that topic. Sure he had thought of such things before but this was a new level. Maybe it was because he was surrounded by women that were a few bits away from pleasuring him. Or maybe it was the absurd amount of drinks that was clouding his mind. As he discovered the bag seemed to be bottomless so he just kept drinking more and more in an attempt to distract himself, which appears to have backfired. He was attempting to buy another drink when he clumsily dropped a bit on the floor. He pulled out  another bit from the bag and gave it to the bartender, a young man that may have changeling blood if his green-blue hair is anything to go by, and reached down to get the money he dropped only to see a bulge in his pocket. He reached in and pulled out king Sombra's horn. He had no idea how it had gotten there, although since he wore the same outfit the day he met Frost it's possible he just put it in his pocket. He began to spin it around in his left hand while drinking his shot of whatever alcohol he had asked for in his right. He kept spinning it faster and faster, surprising himself that he still had the hand coordination to not drop it when suddenly. “

Ow!” He yelled as the horn stabbed deep into his palm. He pulled out the horn as blood began to flow from the wound. The bartender handed him a bandage for the wound and began to clean up the blood that spilled on the counter. Moondancer picked up the bandage and asked “where is the bathroom?” with a pained whine in his voice. The bartender pointed to a door on the left without saying a word, seemingly focused on scrubbing the blood out of the wood. Moondancer walked to the bathroom and washed the cut out with the sink. He wrapped the cut with the bandage and headed back to the bar. He sat back down in his seat and was about to order a drink until he realized his head was clear. At first he thought it was the adrenaline in his system, but after thirty minutes he still had a clear head. “What does this mean?” he thought puzzled “Did the horn do something to me?”. He looked up to see a woman walking past the bar, and was almost blown off his feet. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, with long pure blond hair and a impish face that seemed to be custom made for his eyes. Best of all she was an employee, the black skintight outfit kind of gave it away, which means she would be down for some “fun activities” for the right price. “Hello there” he said to her as she walked by as smoothly as he could. She turned to him and seductively said “hello yourself, see something you like?” while spinning her body around. “Indeed, and I heard I could feel some of it for the right price” he replied back while trying to seem cool. “Indeed you can. Shall we?” she held her hand out with a sultry smile. “We shall” he grabbed her hand and let her lead him out of the bar to a upper floor. He was walking down a red hallway with her to a bedroom when he suddenly felt light headed. He shook it off and entered the room, a large red room with a bed in the center and a bathroom on the side. She sat on the bed, beckoning him with her left hand while her right started to undo her dress. He smiled and began to walk forward before he suddenly blacked out.

He woke up on the bed, fully clothed and face down in the pillows. When he got up and looked around the room he wished he hadn't. The whole place was trashed with wallpaper ripped off the walls, the bedspread torn to pieces and littered around the place, and several rips in the carpet that looked like they were made by fingers. Most worryingly of all the woman was missing. He began to look around the room and since the only piece of furniture was the bed he had searched every nook and cranny within about thirty seconds. Just before he completely had a panic attack he noticed the door to the bathroom was closed. He rushed over and open the door, only to jump back in surprise at what he saw. The woman was laying on the bathroom floor with a step wound right above her left breast completely naked. Moondancer shrieked “oh no!” which caused the woman to jump up and face him, barely seeming to realize she was bleeding from an admittedly small wound. “Hello master, why are you startled?” she asked him softly. Moondancer had frozen when she got up and simple stared at her blankly. After about five minutes he finally managed to ask her “why did you call me master?”. She smiled and replied“Because you claimed me. I am now yours to command as you wish”. “Claimed? What qualifies as claiming?” he asked nervously. “You left your mark inside of me” she replied simply. Before he could get too horrified at the implications of what she just said, her wound began open and something emerged. A bug about the size of a fly crawled out, sparkling in the light af if it was made out of black stone. As Moondancer stared at it horrified, it crawled back in and the woman continued “this shows your ownership of me. I will do whatever you want”. Before he could think about what to say, the door opened behind him and someone walked in.

“Oh boy, this is gonna be good” Frostbite said merrily as she took in the destruction around her and the two people next to her. “Thank goodness you're here! I need your help this woman has some sort of crystal bug inside her and she says I put it there! What am I supposed to do!?” He asked her with panic written all over his face and in his voice. “Slow your roll dude and explain what went down when I left” she said in a soothing voice. Moondancer managed to calm down enough to explain what happened, from him drinking at the bar to the bug crawling out of the stripper. “You spent a metric ton of money on drinks. To be exact it was three hundred and twenty five bits on shots worth fifty bits each”. “Wait how did I rack up those twenty five bits then? And how do you know that's how much I spent?” he asked confused. She shrugged and replied “I went to the bar to ask the bartender if he had seen you when I saw the bag on the counter. I enchanted it so only those with permission can touch it. He pointed to the staircase that leads up here. I asked him how much you spent and he gave me your receipt. When I got upstairs I heard panicked whining and assumed it was you so here we are. Apparently you took my advice and got some from a girl.” she finished with a smug smile. “I don't know what came over me! I saw her and instantly wanted her, but I don't think like that! She isn't even pretty now that I look at her. What got into my head?” he half yelled-half cried. “No need to fear my wimpy friend, I just need to get that bug out of her and we should be able to see how it works.” she consoles him while heading over to the woman. “Hello there, what is your name?” she asked while pulling tweezers out of her pocket. “Crystal” she replied simply. “Hope your last name isn't Clarity or that would be a might fine coincidence” Frost chuckled while reaching into the wound with the tweezers. She pulled them out to reveal the bug caught in them. However, there was some sort of fleshy tether on the butt of the creature leading back into the wound. Frost yanked the tether off the creature and started to head back towards Moondancer, but suddenly Crystal screamed and started to convulse. Before either of them could do anything, blood started to pour out of Crystal’s mouth and nose. “What the!?” Moondancer yelled after jumping back a few feet. After about ten seconds Crystal fell to the floor covered in her own blood and convulsed for a few more seconds before falling still. No one spoke for about thirty seconds until Frost broke the silence by saying “Holy fuck”. Frost grabbed Moondancer and dragged him out of the room while reaching into the vortex to retrieve something else. Moondancer was pushed into the hallway as Frost suddenly had molotov cocktail in her had. Before Moondancer could stop her, she lit the rag with a lighter in her pocket and threw it into the room before closing the door. “What-!” he started to get out before she covered his mouth with her hand. She furiously whispered “Look if we are connected to this we could get arrested and I could lose my job. Lets burn the room and pretend we were never here. Got it?”. When Moondancer realized she was right and nodded his head she continued “Good, now let's just leave out the front door so they know we left and portal away in the alley”. They hurried down the hall and past the bar with no one paying them attention. Moondancer rushed to the bar, picked up the bag, and tipped the bartender who was currently out. After getting outside they ran into the alley while Frost pulled the orb out of the void again. However when she put the orb outward to summon another portal the orb exploded. “Holy!” Frost yelped as the orb embedded shrapnel in her chest plate and caught her arm on fire. Moondancer saw a bucket of dirty water nearby and doused her arm in it, putting the blaze out. “You know” she said irritably “I can do ice magic. I didn't need that junk getting my armour filthy”. “Well” Moondancer shrugged “I guess we better walk. “Yeah. At least you can see some of the parade since it's still going on. Although you missed the best parts while you were unconscious for eight hours”. Frost started to walk down the street as Moondancer followed saying “Wait, eight hours!?”. The two started to head toward the mainstreet in order to reach the train station. Unfortunately, the night had one last adventure in store for them.
